Hi, I'm Cory.
PaxRig is me — Cory Neese. I'm a PSA consultant who specializes in ConnectWise and HaloPSA for managed service providers. I configure, optimize, and migrate PSA platforms so MSPs stop losing money to billing gaps, manual workarounds, and underutilized tools.
I'm not a coaching practice. I don't sell frameworks or masterclasses. There's no team of junior consultants — when you hire PaxRig, you work directly with me. That's the point. You get someone who's been inside the platform, understands MSP operations, and does the actual configuration work.

The backstory
Why I started PaxRig
After years working inside MSP operations — configuring ConnectWise, implementing HaloPSA, building integrations, and fixing billing configurations that were silently leaking thousands a month — I kept seeing the same problems at every shop I touched.
The PSA is the most important operational system in an MSP. It runs your tickets, your billing, your reporting, your agreements, your entire operation. And at most MSPs, the person responsible for it is someone who also has a full-time job doing something else.
I started PaxRig because most MSPs don't have access to the kind of specialized, hands-on PSA help they actually need. Plenty of people will coach you on your business strategy. Very few will open your ConnectWise instance and fix the agreement billing that's been wrong for two years.

Your PSA should be the most valuable tool in your stack, not the most frustrating.
Configuration is a discipline, not a one-time task. It needs regular maintenance, just like your clients' infrastructure.
Most PSA frustration is a configuration problem, not a platform problem. Before you migrate, make sure you've actually used what you're paying for.
Every engagement should end with you owning the knowledge. I document everything, train your team, and build configurations that your people can maintain without me.
