How it works
Retainers are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can adjust your tier up or down with 30 days notice. Unused hours do not roll over — the retainer is designed for consistent, ongoing usage rather than hour banking.
Work is tracked and reported monthly so you always know exactly what was done and how your hours were used. If a request would exceed your monthly hours, I'll let you know before proceeding — no surprise overages.
Most retainer clients start after a project engagement (health check, migration, or major configuration overhaul) and continue for ongoing maintenance. But you can start a retainer anytime — I just recommend a brief initial assessment so I understand your setup before making changes.
